Warranty period

ReprapWorld provides the best quality products available for 3D printing and are covered by warranty. If a problem is non-conform you are entitled to a replacement or repair of the product. Depending on the type of product, different warranty conditions apply.

3D printers (do-it-yourself) have a 6 month warranty for replacement parts;
3D printer parts like electronic boards, fans, power supplies have a three month warranty period
Wear-sensitive products like Nozzles, Motors, Bed sheets, mechanical components do not have a warranty and need to be checked upon arrival;
Supplies like Filament, 3DLac, etc need to be checked upon arrival as storage conditions may negatively impact the product performance.

After the period as described above the customer is responsible for returning the product in good order and provide a plausible explanation for the defect before a replacement part may be issued.
