Cancelling an order

Once placed, your order will be swiftly packed by our warehouse team and stopping the automated process is not possible unfortunately. You may refuse the package or send it back using the return procedure.

To give you a refund we need your bank account details, so please include those unless you have paid using Paypal, in which case we will refund through PayPal. We will cancel the order and make a refund within two weeks.
