Reprapworld recommedds that HIWIN's tight-tolerance products be used together to maximize the benefits of their low play. low friction and long lasting interoperability. HIWIN's recirculating ball bearing slider design also reduces noise, vibration and other drag factors. Note: these slider & rail systems are manufactured from self-lubricating materials; the early application of low-viscosity grease or oils is therefore strongly recommended for optimal performance. The MGN15's grease nipple feature is a relatively low-maintenance method for maintaining long term lubrication.
